Will I sign a waiver?
All patrons must sign a waiver release form to participate in our experiences. Adults must sign for the minors they accompany on our mobile unit. Our waivers are online and available to fully read and sign 24/7 and the link below. Patrons may sign their waiver 48 hours before their event, or our scheduled summer Pit Stops at the link below.
Will you come to my home?
Absolutely! We have the unique ability to travel to multiple places and spaces!
Apply to book on our self-service booking site or Email: Booking@yocrash.com for any additional questions and help booking.
Our staff will need an address before sending your quote to adjust for any milage outside of our "Home Base" 20 mile radius.
What events will you service?
Our Mobile Rage Room will meet you at all your events and parties including but not limited to:
Bars, Fests, Fairs and more!
Are all rooms suitable for children?
Although we at Yo! Crash reserve the right to deny service to any person for any reason, including age. We understand children deserve stress relieving fun too. Yo! Crash welcomes minors 14-17 however; Yo! Crash requests parents call for any children under 14 for prior authorization. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire session.
Will I be protected?
We require all patrons to wear gloves, helmets with a face shield and be fully covered (shoulder to wrist, knees to ankles and closed toed shoes). Yo! Crash will provide all gloves and helmets free of charge. Any patron failing to arrive without closed toed shoes (Crocs are not appropriate) WILL be denied services.
If that upsets you; you're in the right place.
**NO REFUNDS will be processed for ANYONE failing to come without the MANDATORY closed toed shoes.**
Can I donate items?
We accept donations of all kinds.
Give us a call at 330-240-7882 to schedule pick up/drop off times. Please call ahead for any items you may deem questionable.
What items are accepted for donation?
We accept a wide range of breakables including but not limited to the following.
Housewares: Dishes, Bowls, Mugs, Vases, Figurines, etc.
Electronics: TV's (Flat Screen ONLY), Computers, Monitors, Game Systems, Printers, VHS/DVDs/VCRs, Lamps, Coffee Makers, Griddles, etc.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
We are more than happy to reschedule your session for the next available time slot or day that best suits you. Any cancellations must call 48 hours before your session. We broke our refund button ;). However; All store credit will be issued in the form of an online coupon code or automatic reschedule during your cancellation call.
Can I bring my own items to break?
At this time Yo! Crash does not offer BYOB (Bring your own breakable) services. We look forward to bringing you additional options to rage in the near future. However, you are more than welcome to donate any unwanted items in the interim.
